Hahaha, funny comment. Although the filet is supposedly the best cut, I have never been a big fan. The fat/meat proportion seem unbalanced. My favorite cut is the ribeye.

I can see that for sure! I assure they were far tastier than sausage patties, though. No hate for sausage patties, but they aren't steaks. :)
