Bacon wrapped pork loin stuffed with chorizo stuffing.

Took a basic pork loin cut out the tenderloin.
1/2lb chorizo and 1/2 cup of stuffing mixed with warm water to soften the stuffing.
(Tenderloin is marinating for saturday)

Placed in caserole dish and topped with bacon slices!
