Right folks,

Here is a few dishes from my past. I was working on a 50 metre super yacht as sole chef for 15 crew and this Russian fella and his gang.

These photos are from 2009 / 2010 so I would say they came from my iphone 4??

Chilled beetroot soup with sour cream and caviar

Lobster, truffled pasta and lobster sauce. Big one.

Birthday cake, found some Russian text which apparently says 'Happy Birthday'. Hope so.
