On this occasion I would like to share the cake recipe
material
200 g sugar
300 ml of hot water
1 tbsp margarine
200 g flour
1 teaspoon spekoek spice
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
Step
1.Cook the sugar until it melts into caramel, then put a little hot water until it runs out. Then give the margarine to melt. Cold.
2.In other wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and spices spices. Then pour caramel water, mix well.
3.Oles mold with cooking oil. Then pour the dough into a 3/4 fillet.
4.Steam for 15 minutes on medium heat.
5.Chill and ready to eat.
