Tasty Pakistani Dish recipe "Chicken Chargha"
Assalamu Alaikum to all,
It is my first blog to share the recipe. And today 13th of April I cooked "Chicken Chargha" so I decided to share the recipe and making steps of "Chicken Chargha". It is really famous in our country.
Ingredients Required:
| Ingredients | Quantity |

| Chiken: | Skinless chicken each weighing about 750g. Make 4_5 deep slits on breast and thighs. |
| Garlic paste: | 1 Table Spoon |
| Ginger paste | 1 Table Spoon |
| Lemon juice: | 8 Table Spoon (4 lemons) |
| Oil: | 1 litre for deep frying |
| Red Chilli Powder: | 2 Table Spoon |
| Turmeric Powder: | 1 Table Spoon |
| Coriander Powder: | 1 Table Spoon |
| Cumin seed powder: | 1 Table Spoon |
| Mixed Spices (Garam Masala): | 1 Table Spoon |
| Yogurt: | 1 Cup |
| Salt: | As per your Taste |
| Carom seed powder | 1 Table Spoon |
| Fennel seed | 1/2 Table Spoon |
Steps of Cooking
STEP 1: Mix all ingredients in Yogurt.
STEP 2: Apply it evenly over the chicken, leave it aside to marinate overnight or at least 3-4 hours.
STEP 3: Steam the chicken in a steamer till tender(TO STEAM: in deep hot place upside down a sieve or a steel plate).
STEP 4: Pour 1 cup of water place the chicken on plate/sieve. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes or until the chicken are fully tender.
STEP 5: Heat oil in a deep karahi. Fry each chicken until crisp golden from all sides.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Serve with Spicy sauce (Chatni)/tomato ketchup.
