Spinach-feta Frittata #lowcarb #healthy

Time for a delicious frittata recipe. The possibilities are endless. This time I chose spinach and feta. Below the recipe. Will you let me know what you think?

What do you need?

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • half a red onion (chopped)
  • 275 grams of frozen spinach (cubes)
  • 3 spring onions (cut)
  • 60 grams of crumbled feta
  • 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
  • A pinch of pepper and salt

And then what?

  • Let the spinach thaw and squeeze out all the water.

  • Put the olive oil in the pan and fry the red and spring onions for about 3 minutes on a medium heat.

  • In the meantime, in a dish, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.

  • Add the cheese and spinach and mix thoroughly.

  • Put the mixture in a frying pan and bake for about 5 minutes (until the bottom hardens and the top dries)

  • Hold a large plate over the pan and 'pour' the fritata here and now slide it in the pan. Also on this side you bake the frittata about 5 minutes.

  • Insert a toothpick, if it comes out dry, your fritatta is ready!
