Spinach-feta Frittata #lowcarb #healthy
Time for a delicious frittata recipe. The possibilities are endless. This time I chose spinach and feta. Below the recipe. Will you let me know what you think?
What do you need?
- 8 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- half a red onion (chopped)
- 275 grams of frozen spinach (cubes)
- 3 spring onions (cut)
- 60 grams of crumbled feta
- 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
- A pinch of pepper and salt
And then what?
Let the spinach thaw and squeeze out all the water.
Put the olive oil in the pan and fry the red and spring onions for about 3 minutes on a medium heat.
In the meantime, in a dish, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
Add the cheese and spinach and mix thoroughly.
Put the mixture in a frying pan and bake for about 5 minutes (until the bottom hardens and the top dries)
Hold a large plate over the pan and 'pour' the fritata here and now slide it in the pan. Also on this side you bake the frittata about 5 minutes.
Insert a toothpick, if it comes out dry, your fritatta is ready!
