Recipe: Easy Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese Wonton Cups!
The other night I was browsing the web and I saw this awesome pic of buffalo chicken cheese fries with Hot Cheetos on top. It looked delicious. Coincidentally, that day I had also picked up some new mini muffin pans for super cheap at a store near by. I really wanted to put them (the muffin pans) to use but I was not in the mood for muffins. So I asked people on my snapchat story (nakedbakerslive) what I should make. Someone had the great idea to make buffalo chicken wonton cups. It was an awesome outside the box idea! However, being such a huge fan of mac and cheese, I knew I could take this dish to the next level. Also, considering I was still craving those fries, I knew I had to put flaming hot Cheetos on top just cause! In the end, the cups turned out awesome! They are a great little late night snack and I would totally recommend making them if you have the ingredients, which I tried to keep pretty simple. :)
Ingredient List:
1 Chicken breast and 1 chicken thigh, fully cooked
⅓ cup Frank’s buffalo hot sauce
1 teaspoon ranch seasoning
1 box of mac and cheese
¼ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
12 Wontons wrappers
Handful of flaming hot cheetos

I was wondering myself if @nakedbakers is having issues uploading video content, and would suggest perhaps checking out the new video sharing platform VidMe as an alternative (though I believe her resistance to the 'nsfw' label will always cause issue with such content.... you know, close minds and social justice warriors always wanting things their way). Art is not always pornographic, and pornography is not always Art. I'm with her on this, her content is Art and Educational.
