2 in 1 - fish day:)))

Today in my family fishing day. Food is very easy to do it quickly and most importantly dietary and helpful. If you are a bachelor, in dieting or preparing a meal for a child, then this option is for you. In our country, at a time when Ukraine belonged to the formation of the CIS Economic, Thursday called fishing day. On this day people eat meals exclusively from fish. Fish are very useful and dietary. Today is my first and second courses of fish. Prepared meals both almost the same, but the end result is two different dishes to taste :) Today's dish is the fish soup and stewed fish with potatoes.




For stewed fish and fish soup ingredients :

  • fish
  • onion
  • carrot
  • salt
  • garlic
  • dill
  • Bay leaf
  • oil


For this soup extra:

  • potato
  • water

Choose your favorite fish. I cooked cod - it is not oily.

Both dishes are made very simple.

 Braised fish: cleaned and chopped fish put into the pot, chop garlic and onions to it, add salt, grated carrots and simmer on low heat. At the end add 2 tablespoons of oil and dill.

  

  

For the soup: place the processed fish, chop carrots, onions, garlic, put 1 whole onion, add salt and chopped potatoes. Cook on medium heat. At the end add 2 tablespoons of oil and dill.

    


For fish stew I cooked potatoes with dill.
