THE BEST PIZZA RECIPE
Hi, my steemit friends! I was not here for a whole week and I missed you!♡
The thing is that in Russia we had a small vacation dedicated to the holiday of labor, which we celebrate on the first of May.
In Moscow was really warm weather and we decided to go to the big house in the countryside for all the holidays. And there was absolutely no internet! but there was fresh air, sun, delicious food and loved ones nearby!
But the vacation unfortunately ended, so it's time for interesting work days!
And I want to start this new week with cooking pizza!
I really love pizza, and I'm ready to eat it every day😊
I often cook it at home, because the recipe is unrealistically simple, and the feeling of the holiday will be cut off all evening! My daughter is especially happy about pizza!:)
Well, are we starting to cook?
Ingredients:
Water - 125 ml.
Yeast - 1,25 tsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Flour - 200-250 gr.
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Process:
First, we prepare yeast. I used the usual sachets. We raise them in warm water. There you can add a teaspoon of sugar, so the yeast will start to work faster.
After 10 minutes, you can start preparing the dough. To do this, pour the flour into the cup (so it's easier to cook and less to clean afterwards). First, pour 200 grams, if necessary, it is better to add later. Add a teaspoon of salt. Add the yeast.
Mix the mixture well with a fork, and then start kneading the dough by hand, collecting it from the sides. Pass the dough between the fingers, fold again and again.
Look here, the dough should be a little sticky, not dry. If necessary, add flour with a pinch. When the dough is confidently going to one piece – add the olive oil. And again, stir the dough well. Do not rush to add flour, first the dough will appear liquid/sticky, continue to stir.
Continue to knead the dough. 10 minutes minimum. Just palm out a little, fold in half and roll out again. Without extra flour and other things it will become very elastic and very smooth.
Cover with a towel and put into the warm place for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, the dough will increase by about half, become even smoother and "fluffy".
Now just lay it on the table and roll out the future pizza to a thickness of 2-3 mm. If you like pizza with sides - just make small perimeter fences. From this quantity of ingredients, you can roll out pizza about 30 cm. Or a couple of small ones.
You can use any fillings that you want. I decided to make two different pizzas: one with salami and cheese, and the second one with salmon, cheese and cream cheese.
Preheat the oven for maximum power.
Lay out the tomato sauce on the pizza, add the fillings and put in the oven. Cooking until appetizing crust on the pizza.
