Mussels baked in the oven
Mussels baked in the oven with garlic sauce. Fast, tasty, original.
12 large mussels
4 tbsp of mayonnaise
3 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
pepper ground
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 glass of wine
Rinse the mussels. Put in the frying pan. Pour the wine into a frying
pan (you can just water) and boil for a few minutes until the mussels
open.
Tear off the upper leaf and discard, leaving the sash to which the
mussels are attached. Undiscovered mussels discard, they are
unsuitable for food.
Grate the garlic. Cut the parsley finely. Add parsley, garlic, pepper
and lemon juice to mayonnaise. All is well mixed.
Carefully cut off the scissors with the scissors, for which the mussel
is attached to the leaf (so it will be more convenient to eat).
Lay the leaf on the baking tray. Top with mussels garlic sauce.
Bake in the oven under the grill for about 5 minutes.
