Coconut Pancakes
Thinned coconut milk 21/2 cups
Rice powder 100 grams
Salt
Egg 3
Oil
Sugar 125 grams
Crashed coconut 1/4 cup
Mix coconut milk, rice flour, egg and sugar together and make a thin bater. 5 minute burst. Mix 90 grams of crushed coconut.
Heat a frying pan with a handle and add 1 teaspoon of oil. Spread 1-4 cups of batter evenly around the pan by rotating the pan. Flip it over when it gets a little brown on the bottom. Make pancake rolls.
When all the pancakes are made in this way, arrange the pancakes on a plate. Sprinkle grated coconut on top.
