African Dish(Eba)

Eba as it is called is made out of cassava, although the processing stages are very long, the end product is what we called garri which is later used to prepare eba using a hot water.
Steps
Get your Garri ready, they are available at market at a very reduced prices

put water on fire, depending on the amount of eba you want to make
leave the water for some minute, let it boil
pour the water back into a bowl and pour your garri gently
leave for some minute to stem up(lol)
Then the final stage, use a turner to turn the eba till you get a desired structure
