Food to start the new year

Hello everyone, the truth is that with all the meals during these festivities, it’s good to switch things up with something more traditional and, as you can see, easy to prepare and, of course, very tasty. As you can see in this photo, it’s a pork stew with bow-tie pasta, one of diners’ favorite noodles.
