What a gorgeous dish.I do love my spinach and I love truffels especially on mushroom risotto.Considering I love my food I have never tried nettles before.I live in a very busy city,there is no where to go foraging apart from my local supermarket😂.Does it taste similar to spinach? My mum makes a wonderful spinach curry.The spinach is wilthered so much it becomes more of a paste and you serve with lashings of butter and bread.Thanks for your insightful post Debora👍🏼👍🏼 will be trying nettles soon
