Why do Filipinos love boodle fight?
Filipinos are food lover. They most enjoy their food with their families, friends, and co-workers. One of the favorite food of the Filipinos is the boodle fight where they eat with bear washed hands. Boodle fight is actually a military style of eating where all food are piled on a bamboo leaves. Most of the food in boodle fight consist of garlic rice, seafood, barbeque and blanched vegetables with shrimp paste. It is also accompanied with shrimp sinigang, pork nilaga or bulalo (Filipino Cuisines).
