I was shocked at how good the pickled onions are.
There weren't any pickled onions sadly, but I went to the restaurant I mentioned above and had their cochinita pibil. Turns out that means baby pig, and it totally wasn't worth eating a baby pig. https://steemit.com/food/@pfunk/twin-cities-taco-tour-fancy-edition-la-fresca
