This is definitely interesting stuff. I started out working the meat department of the butcher shop. I had to clean all the equipment every single night it was quite nasty of course and it would take 2-3 hours. I'm surprised that now the butchers just "clean up" when there done for the day in much less time, certainly makes me nervous, but they also process much less fresh meat every day as so much of this is now prepackaged.

I bet you have seen some things. But you are right more and more meat is coming in prepackaged, which actually makes it worse for me, meat should habe a 10 day shelf life. Thanks buddy for all your work on the steemit coin, can't wait to feel it.
