Lithuania food "Cepelinai" Recipe
Hello my friends :) I want tell abaut very tasty dish "Cepelinai" origin Lithuania.
Recipe:
12 green potatoes
3 unit cooked potatoes
little salt
Idar:
500 grams fars

little black pepper
Sauce:
1 unit onions
2 spoon fat
sour cream
method of preparation:
- potatoes are cut and peeled.
- The liquid does not slip, but it waits until the starch is deposited. Then the liquid is washed away and the starch is put into the wise.
- Cooked potatoes are crocheted and mixed with green potatoes, witty, steak, sweet, well-pricked.
