Boodle Fight

Boodle fight is a military style of eating in which food, piled on top of banana leaves laid out on long tables, is to be taken with bare hands washed with water from jugs prepared on the side. Nowadays lots of Restaurant adapted this kind of style. During our stay in La Union, me and my family try to eat outside the house in Boodle fight style.

It consists of:
Inihaw na Tilapia
Tahong (mussel)
Hipon (Shrimp)
Okra (lady's fingers or gumbo)
Indian Mango
Paa ng Manok ( chicken feet)
Talong (eggplant)
Mushroom from Baguio
Bagoong Isda
Banana
