Yum! We don’t even eat meat but that taco pizza has me drooling. I bet I could make something similar using lentils rather than turkey. This is definitely going on the “things to make” list. I need to play around and figure out how to make a pizza crust out of cauliflower or lentils anyway. Your Super Bowl party looks well fed 😉
@puravidaville, thank you very much. The pizza was very good, my granddaughters want another one. I might try it with the Boca Vegan Crumbles, just need to find a durable crust.
I’m going to try to make a crust out of lentils. I imagine it’ll be more like a lentil tortilla which are pretty durable but I’ll report back when I do. You have some lucky granddaughters over there. :)
