How are you? hopefully in a healthy state all, in this # part6 I will get the tau recipe to make a cake adee meureudu, adee meureudu cake is aceh typical cake made from the basic ingredients of cassava, Let's make this cuisine
ingredients:
1 1/2 kg of cassava, finely grated
5 btr red onion, thinly sliced and then fry (for SOLD)
65 gr margarine
2 btr eggs
350 ml thick coconut milk
3/4 tsp vanilla powder
325 gr sugar (according to taste)
300 ml of water
Salt to taste
step:
- The eggs are whipped off, then add the coconut milk and vanilla powder. Stir well, set aside.
- Boil water and sugar until boiling, add butter and cook until melted.
- Pour boiling water into the cassava grated, stir it flat to look slightly thickened.
- After the dough is rather cold, add the egg-coconut mixture and mix well.
- Pour in a box tray (a versatile non-stick pan) and sprinkle fried onions on it.
Cook for 30 minutes with medium heat, then return to the other side and cook for 15 minutes. - Ready to serve

apa kabar semua? semoga dalam keadaan sehat semua, di #part6 ini saya akan mengesaih tau resep membuat kue adee meureudu, kue adee meureudu adalah kue khas aceh yang terbuat dari bahan dasarnya dari singkong,Ayo kita buat masakan ini
bahan-bahan:
1 1/2 kg singkong, diparut halus
5 btr bawang merah, iris tipis lalu goreng (untuk TABURAN)
65 gr margarin
2 btr telur
350 ml santan kental
3/4 sdt vanili bubuk
325 gr gula pasir (sesuai selera)
300 ml air
Garam secukupnya
langkah:
- Telur dikocok lepas, lalu tambahkan santan dan vanili bubuk. Aduk hingga rata, sisihkan.
- Rebus air dan gula pasir hingga mendidih, tambahkan mentega dan masak hingga meleleh.
- Tuang rebusan air kedalam parutan singkong, aduk rata hingga terlihat sedikit mengental.
- Setelah adonan agak dingin, tambahkan campuran telur-santan dan aduk hingga rata.
- Tuang dalam loyang kotak (wajan anti lengket serbaguna) dan taburi bawang goreng di atasnya.
- Masak selama 30 menit dengan api kecil/sedang, lalu balik ke sisi yang lain dan masak selama 15 menit.
- Siap dihidangkan
