Watermelon is pretty awesome! We used to grow our own (not seedless, though) when we lived down in Texas... they were still really good when served cold on one of our typically hot days.
That's really awesome you grew your own, I'm a specialist at getting mine from the supermarket :) Definitely best when cold, agreed.
