Avocado Brownies
Ingredients
- 225 grams dark compound chocolate, rough count
- 2 pieces (450 grams of meat only) avocado cooked, take the meat and crush it (choose avocado that is really good and not bitter)
- 175 grams of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 70 grams of versatile flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Prepare a box pan 20 cm x 20 cm x 5 cm. Spread with margarine and place the bread paper.
- Melt chocolate over Bain Marie and chill for a while.
- Use a mixer, shake avocado and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add chocolate on top. Shake evenly.
- Add eggs one by one. And shake it evenly.
- Enter vanilla. Stir well.
- Sift flour with chocolate and salt powder. Add to avocado dough. Stir well.
- Pour in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes in an oven.
- Check with a skewer. When it comes out clean then it is cooked.
- Chill for a moment.
- Remove from the baking sheet, cut into pieces and serve.
