Spice ribs soup, this is the first time I try to cook beef ribs..the time is 3 hours 50 minutes, haha ​​.. But really satisfied with the taste, before I forget, this I share the recipe ..

Spice ribs soup

  • 600 gr beef ribs, cut to taste: wash, then boil with boiling water about 15 minutes until all the dirt out all, then dispose of water, take the ribs rinse with clean water.
  • 10 stalks of beans, cut into short pieces
  • 1 large carrot, cut to taste
  • 1 large potato, cut to taste
  • 4 pieces of cabbage, cut to taste
  • 1 large leek onion, cut into pieces
  • 1 celery stick, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, split
  • 3 cardamom fruit
  • 2 pieces of mace
  • 5 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick, approximately 5-8 cm
  • 1/2 finely ground nutmeg seed
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp fried onions
  • Salt and sugar to taste

Finely spiced (saute samai fragrant):

  • 8 onion cloves
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 candlenuts

How to make :

  • Boil 2 Liters of water, enter the beef ribs that have been boiled and washed, then after boiling, put the spices have been stir-fried and soft nutmeg, then cover the pan and cook up to 3 hours
  • then enter the carrots, potatoes, cardamom, cloves, lawang flowers and cinnamon, after boiling the lid back and reduce the heat, cook about 20min
  • Enter beans, cabbage, spring onions, tomatoes, salt and sugar and cook for about 10 minutes (until the beans and cabbage are soft)
  • last, enter celery, stirring .. test taste less salty or sweet. I do not use micin, so give a little sugar, who want kasi micin may, according to taste.

NB:According to me, this soup if given red chili sauce in the milled, more delicious (for who like spicy like me) but it was not trigger, so eat what it is, hihi
I cook this soup almost 4 hours, because I like the ribs are really soft to when we eat fit lighter meat easily separated from the bone. If you like a little hard little yes it's okay, try aja boiled aja about 2 hours and may enter carrots, etc ..
