Steamed Brownies
Ingredients :
- 4 eggs
- 150 grams of sugar
- 2 tsp cake emulsifier (SP)
- 80 gr medium protein flour
- 35 grams of brown powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 75 gr dark cooking chocolate
- 120 g of butter
- 50 ml of chocolate sweetened condensed milk
How to make:
- Heat steam with medium heat. Spread the pan with margarine and apply it with baking paper to make it easier to remove it from the baking sheet.
- Mix butter and dark cooking chocolate, then melt them in a way, not to boil. Then cool to room temperature.
- Beat the egg, sugar and sp until it expands and thickly moves.
- Enter the mixture of flour, powdered chocolate, baking powder and vanilla, which has been sifted before. Shake briefly with low speed, just flat, don't overmix.
- Pour a mixture of butter and dark cooking chocolate, then stir until blended and no liquid deposits under it.
- Take 2 tablespoons full of mixture, mix with chocolate sweetened condensed milk, set aside for the middle layer.
- Share the main mixture into 2 equal parts. Pour 1 part of the dough into a baking dish, spread it out and steam for 10 minutes.
- Then pour the mixture that has been mixed with chocolate sweetened condensed milk. Steam again for 10 minutes.
- Then pour the rest of the main mixture, flatten it. Steam again for 30 minutes.
- Remove the pan from steaming. Wait until it's cold, just remove the brownies from the baking sheet.
- Cut and serve.

- Use medium heat, do not fire so that brownies do not break / bloom / wavy
