Beef Meatball soup, Make Ramadan Memorable
Materials
500 kg of beef (cut and boiled)
1.5 liters of water (beef broth)
2 Carrots (cut)
2 Fruit potatoes (cut)
1 plum tomatoes
2 Wrap the meatballs
1/2 bud cauliflower
1 stalk spring onion (sliced)
1 stalk of celery (sliced)
6 cloves shallots (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (geprek)
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/4 TSP Nutmeg powder
1/4 TSP cumin
2 segment Ginger (geprek)
To taste sugar, salt seasoning
Step
1
Heat a little oil, sauté onion, garlic and ginger. until aromatic.

Add water or broth + meat. Cook until boiling.

Add the carrots, potatoes, meatballs, cauliflower, stir in pepper, nutmeg, cumin, sugar and salt. Cook until tender, check the flavor.

Shortly before, enter the tomatoes, green onions and celery. Serve
