Rib Cook off.

Last night Kristen and I decided to head down to the Reno NV rib cook off.

It was extremely crowded as usual. A lot of people in a very small space. We both decided to go at night because it was very hot outside during the day.

The cookers consisted of these teams.

We walked around looking at all the little market shops people had set up.

We ate a few Barbecue stands. and also had some Lemonade and Texas style onion rings. 

We had the sampler platter at 3 different rib contestants. 

Our Favorite Barbecue team of the night was Chicago BBQ company. the sauce was intense the meat pulled right off the bone. it was super bomb.

 Lots of fun and cool booths to stop by and look at. I wish we could have eaten more lol.

after stuffing our faces of some of the best BBQ ever, we decided to walk around more and enjoy the rest of our evening.

The Reno NV Rib cook off, is a lot of fun. If you ever have the chance to experience the rib cook off you definitely should. The winner of the rib cook off this year was Chicago BBQ company. We both had ordered a sampler plate from them, also a pulled pork sandwich. In my opinion they were the best BBQ hands down.
