Afternoon Tropical Pineapple Green Smoothie
Hey guys and gals,
Today I want share with you my lunch that I had today. It's nothing fancy but it tastes great, will give you lots of energy and is packed full of good nutrition!
Here's my tropical green smoothie... I challenge you to go make one right now and see how good it is for yourself!
Recipe:
1-2 cups coconut milk (or almond)
1 cup spinach
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 banana
2 cups frozen pineapple
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
Let's take a look at what's inside...
To make this smoothie all you have to do is toss everything into a blender and.... well blend!
And within 5 minutes you are done and good to go!
Told ya it was quick and easy.
I try to eat at least 1 green smoothie per day so that I get enough nutrition into my body and I feel the best that I can feel.
I challenge you to do the same!
Go make a green smoothie :)
