it will get easier with some time..look up mater cleanser juice fast... this I s recipe by leonard horawitz from his book healing celebrations...actually I would really recommend getting his book...so may goo thngs. but that juice fast is amazing...I have done it and I do it still every so often

any fast is difficult.. this one I suggested tho will raise your PH super high for a bit.. kills off anything that might be compromising things...like unhealthy yeasts and such
