Rice Recipe: Yakimeshi

Hello steemians.
If you're lazy to bother in the kitchen, just try to make Japanese fried rice for dinner later. Rice stir fry a little stir with slices of beef, eggs, shoyu and spring onion. Well, the aroma is guaranteed to make the stomach even more hungry!
Japanese-style fried rice tastes delicious and wear shoyu as the main ingredient. Eggs, carrots and minced meat stirred so one until it feels better. Use rice pulen to taste more tasty. The steps of manufacture can be seen here:

Material:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped onion
75 g of beef, finely sliced
30 g carrots, finely chopped
2 chicken eggs, shake off
300 g of rice pulen
2 tablespoons shoyu
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt

How to make:

  • Heat a little oil, put chicken eggs.

  • Stir quickly until small and then lift.

  • Saute garlic and onion until fragrant and wilted.

  • Enter the beef, stirring until stiff and slightly dry.

  • Add the leeks and carrots, stirring until wilted.

  • Enter the rice and eggs, use a big fire.

  • Stir quickly until flat and then lift.

  • Serve warm with gari (pickled ginger).
