Receta para un arroz con leche

Ingredientes Porciones: 10 . 40 min
1 litro agua
1/2 raja de canela
450 gramos de arroz, lavado
1 litro de leche de vaca
1 litro de leche evaporada
250 gramos de azúcar
Canela en polvo

1 Calienta el agua con la canela en una olla a fuego alto y deja que hierva durante 5 minutos para que salga el sabor de la canela. Luego agrega el arroz, reduce el fuego a bajo, tapa y cocina hasta que el arroz esté cocido y el agua haya sido absorbida, aproximadamente 20 minutos.
Agrega poco a poco la leche de vaca y luego la leche evaporada. Revuelve con mucho cuidado al mismo tiempo que incorporas el azúcar.
Cocina sin tapar durante 10 minutos más o el tiempo necesario para alcanzar la consistencia deseada. Si lo deseas, espolvorea con canela al momento de servir.
