Soba Time!
Most people think cold food is kinda meh, but when thinking about cold noodles it doesn't sound too appetizing. Not until it is a hot summer day and you finally sit down to enjoy some lovely buckwheat noodles in a tangy wasabi broth. I honestly never knew cold noodles can be this good!
