Let's today try to make the most natural cottage cheese. The recipe is simple, both on structure of components, and on a cooking method. Of course our processed cheese made in house conditions will differ to taste from traditional hard cheeses. But it will be "a natural product" in the true sense of the word! Without chemistry, vegetable fats and the modified white. We cook for children and darlings under the motto: "Back to the nature!" :) Cottage cheese from cottage cheese by the form reminds hard cheese, and to taste is closer to melted. Though perfectly feels both in sandwiches, and in cheese cutting, and in pizza it is possible to grate. The most important, you precisely know from what and whom this cottage cheese is made. The recipe is checked and tested for a long time :)  Today we will try to make cottage cheese from cottage cheese with various, natural flavoring additives. 

Ingredients: Cottage cheese of-1 kg Milk – 1 liter Salt – 1 tsp (with top) Baking soda – 1 tsp. Egg – 1 piece. Caraway seeds – 0,5 tsps. Paprika – 0,5 tsp Fennel – 1 tablespoon of melkorubleny greens Basil + garlic (0,5ch.l dry grass + 1 clove of garlic) 

All additives (caraway seeds, a paprika, fennel and a basil with garlic) are given on the fourth part, the turned-out ready cottage cheese. In a cauldron to boil milk. Pass cottage cheese via the meat grinder or wipe through a sieve or to knead just carefully to uniformity. We put cottage cheese in a pan with the boiling milk and we cook stirring constantly on low heat – 10-15 minutes. In a pan we kindle 50-100 g of creamy or melted butter, we add the wrung-out cottage cheese, salt, soda and egg and quickly and it is carefully mixed to uniformity. We do all this at the minimum fire. Cheese curd becomes very plastic. It is possible to shift it in the oiled form and after cooling to send to the refrigerator.
