INGREDIENTS
Lettuce
1 chicken
1 slice of bread of about 50 grams (you can use gluten-free bread)
40 grams of Parmesan cheese
Six tablespoons of Cesar Sauce (here the Cesar Sauce recipe)
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
1 spritz of lemon

PREPARATION

To make the croutons, put the oven at 200ºC with heat up and down. Cut a slice of bread of about 50 grams in several strips along. Then cut each strip into squares to make the croutons. Put the bread in a tray, put it in the oven and leave for 5 minutes or until well roasted. Then remove from the oven and reserve.
Cut a piece of about 40 grams of a wedge of Parmesan cheese. And then using a sharp knife (I used an Arcos knife like these) cut the cheese into thin square slices and reserve (look at the video).

Cut the breads and put it in the oven at 200ºC with heat up and down. Put the bread for five minutes or until they are toasted. Then cut the cheese into thin slices.

Cut the lettuce and wash it. Put it in a bowl and add half of croutons and cheese. Pour spoonfuls of sauce and mix well. Once mixed, add the rest of the picastostes and cheese on top.
Then cut the chicken into strips and add and add several more tablespoons of cesar sauce.
