Chicken Afritada : chicken, pork-in-beans, pineapple, bell pepper , red onion afritada seasoning.
I really like Afritada, but not so much with all the chicken skin on. Next to Chicken Adobo, one of my favorites!
yea you're right , next time the skin comes off. It's raining hard again now, hope it won't last long.
