- Seven Layer Salad
Salads are healthy to be taken in summers because it helps to re-energise the body. The flavour of the berries along with the almonds is quite intense, and the shape of the tart can be according to your likings.
- Macaroni Salad
Macaroni is old fashioned, but it can be given a twist with pickle, diced ham and jarred pimientos. This recipe is quite simple where you have to make macaroni and on top of it, put chopped celery, carrot, onions and the rest and give it a good mix. Little mayo or cream can be added to the dressing and noodles can be added to the salad to make it extra tasty and healthy.
- Tuna Burgers
Take some tuna and turn it into something new by putting it inside a burger and making it a zesty tuna burger. Take good whole-wheat hamburger bread; cook the tuna on low flame until it gets the golden brown colour. Put cheese on the first layer, keep the tuna and keep tomatoes and spinach as the products of the burger and there you get the famous tuna burger. Sweet fried potatoes or broccoli can be maintained as substitutes on the plate.

One of the best way to grill vegetables is by making summer packages where you keep the vegetables and fish together in foil and leave it to grill. Upon perfect grilling, you will get a tender and juicy fish, which is damn tasty. This dish can be mixed with olives and capers for a Mediterranean style.
