Super spicy bowel Satay 🔥
Ingredients
500 g chicken intestine
5 cm thinly sliced galangal
5 cm of ginger geprek
3 bay leaves
5 pieces of orange leaf discard bone
to taste water, cooking oil

7 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
5 pieces of red chili critic
10 pieces of red chili
5 pieces of pecan roast
2 tablespoons roasted coriander
to taste sugar, salt, powdered broth
Step

Enter chicken intestine, stir well, give enough water and then let it boil, occasionally in aduk2 until the spices soak and low tide
If the water is dry, the remaining spices, turn off the heat, lift and chill first at room temperature
Prepare puncture sate, then stack the intestines in prick satay, do up to hbs, serve
