I understand your concern and it is more challenging to know what is good for us these days. I buy organic carrots, spinach, and eggs. Sometimes, the organic fruits only last one day or seem to go bad before I can eat it so that is also a concern.
That's true. Especially most diseases caused by industrial and canned foods. So we have to improve our diet as much as possible
