Sushi Buffet @senseicat

I enjoy sushi on occasion, but the requirement is that it has to be extremely fresh and prepared by a sushi chef. I know that many places serve a sushi buffet, but I have to admit that I am not keen on this experience and end up saving my appetite for a freshly prepared meal.

I know that the benefit is serving a large group of people high quantity food and this just does not jive with my reason to eat sushi. I prefer a smaller high quality portions with the most delicious ingredients.
