Bolognese spaghetti
Hello dear steemians recipes, today I am going to show you how to prepare a delicious Bolognese spaghetti, the best accompaniment for your pasta.
In a frying pan we are going to fry a chopped onion, add a carrot and chopped celery, we are going to stir over low heat for about 10 minutes until the onion browns.
After the minutes have passed and when the carrot is soft, we proceed to add a few pieces of bacon and the ground meat, if lumps are created to the meat we can step on it with the spoon until it is well dissolved, so the meat is will distribute with the rest of the ingredients.
We wait about 5 minutes while the meat is releasing its own juices, then we add half a kilo of crushed tomato and a tablespoon of oregano, we add salt to taste and pepper.
We remove everything so that the flavors mix and we leave to simmer for about 5 more minutes.
After time and the tomato is well cooked we add half a glass of wine, and let it cook for 2 minutes so that what contains alcohol will evaporate.
Then we will add a traditional ingredient a glass of milk giving a creamier point to the sauce, mix everything and let cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
I recommend not adding oil to the pasta so that it can absorb the flavor of the sauce well, in addition to placing the spaghetti inside the meat pot and stir until all the pasta is uniform with the meat and thus we will have ready to serve.
I hope you like it, I loved it.
Fondly :*
