Roast beef in soy sauce with mushrooms
Ingredients for 4 servings:
The basis
Beef tenderloin 700 grams
Champignons 400 grams
Bulb large 1 pc.
Garlic 2 cloves
Small spicy pepper 1 pc.
Medium lime 1 pc.
Honey 1 tbsp.
Soy sauce 50 ml.
Cornstarch 1 tsp
Beef cut into small thin pieces. Bulb cut with feathers or semirings. Champignons thickly cut into plates. Finely chop garlic and hot pepper. In a wok or a deep frying pan heated on high heat 2 tablespoons. Vegetable oil. In a few visits roast the beef to a ruddy crust, for a minute at sunset. We shift to the plate.
Slightly reduce the heat, put onions and fry, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes. Add the peppers and garlic.
Fry, stirring, 10 seconds. We add mushrooms.
Fry, stirring, 2-3 minutes. Return the wok to the meat, put the honey, pour the lime juice and the soy sauce mixed with the starch. Cooking, stirring, about a minute, until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and serve.
