Had a little steak at a new steakhouse today, I will go back again soon.
Went out for a light meal to the Santa Fe Cattle Company. They do know the right way to cook a steak, it was good eats!
I don't think this is where they got the steaks:
But a lot of people rub this nose to get it so shiney, LOL!
Pleasant place, nice staff, fast service. I got a one pound ribeye steak, with all the fixings. What do you think?
When I find a new steak house, I always ask for 57 sauce, so I can spice up the steak if it is too bland!
I didn't need the sauce, they cook a mean steak; it was perfect. I will go back for sure, and my dog got the trimmings. He was a very happy puppy, LOL!
Their baked potatoe did need a little more oven time, but it was cooked OK. The rolls came with whipped butter and honey, and they were quite good. The broccoli was perfectly steamed, and quite tasty.
Chips and white queso with peach tea completed the meal, and I was really full when done!
Yes .... your appetite is not bad hahaha

So little was the piece of steak that they gave you?
Yes tiny, it was Only a pound after all, I had ordered a four pound steak here at Ruth Crisp Steak House. It was only $250, a bargain, LOL!
It was for my Wife's birthday:
:)>$250 is alot of money to eat some food, however I think that it is money well spent considering that you were able to spend the money on someone that you care about....what am I looking at...it looks like an egg roll that is bathed in ketchup with marshmellows and leaves sprinkled on top...and they wrote happy Birthday and used choclate sauce...did you lick the choclate sauce, or is that kind of behavior frowned upon.
It was a very moist birthday cake for my love! The money was worth if, and we both ate that steak...twice actually, it was huge, LOL.
I will take her back in about 6 weeks for another meal.
