Xianlaoman Beijing Cuisine 馅老满北京菜
Xianlaoman is a series of restaurants that first opened in Beijing in 2003. There are 6 of these franchises in Beijing and in 2012 the first one opened in Taipei, Taiwan. I went there a few days ago with friends and the food was delicious. The service was friendly and polite and the food came quickly.
前几天有几会到台北南港区的馅老满餐厅。北京有6家。好吃美味的北京料理。服务好。上菜快。直得回味的午餐!
Cold dish starter: Duck seasoned with soy sauce. A nice presentation on the plate. The duck wasn't too salty. Fragrant slices of duck.
老满酱鸭。他们的招牌菜之一。冷盘。好香的鸭肉。摆盘很漂亮。
Cold dish starter: Egglant with seasame sauce.
另一道冷盘是芝麻茄子。好好吃的开胃菜。
茄子很软。酱很香。
Pork "puff pastry" dumplings. I think the translation on their menu is incorrect. It is not puff pastry. Regardless it was my favorite dish. Very tasty filling and the texture of the dumpling wrapping was great.
猪肉馅饼。皮很薄, 肉超多的。我最爱的一道。
Shrimp, pork, chives and eggs dumplings. 老满饺子。里面的韭菜很多。虾很新鲜。
