HOW TO COOK PIZZA (Homemade)

Ingredients (Serves 4)
For the Dough
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon instant yeast
¾ cup warm water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil or olive oil
For the Topping
½ cup pizza sauce (or tomato sauce)
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup sliced pepperoni, cooked chicken, beef, or sausage
½ cup sliced onions
½ cup sliced bell peppers
½ cup sliced tomatoes (optional)
1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)Step 1: Make the Dough
Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
Add the warm water and oil.
Mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
Step 2: Prepare the Pizza Base
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
Roll out the dough into a circle or rectangle.
Place it on a lightly greased baking tray.
Step 3: Add the Toppings
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese.
Add the meat, onions, bell peppers, and any other toppings.
Sprinkle oregano if using.
Step 4: Bake
Bake for 12–18 minutes, or until:
The cheese is melted and bubbly.
The crust is golden brown.
