Dinner: Steak sandwich

Tonight I made a large Sirloin steak sandwich. The waffles are seasoned with Japanese nori seaweed and I double toasted them, once in the waffle maker and once in the toaster oven. For the topping I thin shreaded cabbage to make coleslaw, which I flavored with caraway seeds and smoked ghost peppers.
