TRIED the MANTIS SHRIMP! #EatwithSpiky

Happy Friday everyone ! A Mantis Shrimp?? Yeahhh it looks like a mixed of a prawn and a lobster appearance~ Tried it at Krabi, most of the seafood restaurants have this ~

It's fried with Green & Yellow Bell Peppers , Red Chillis, Celeries , Onions & Parsley
The Meat is a little soft having almost a similar texture as a crab ~
Slightly Sweet and although a little hard to get the meat , its worth it !
A Very Interesting Well Presented Seafood Dish~

Do Give it a try if you ever see a mantis shrimp outside !
