Gluten-Free Fried Chicken

Preparing to cook: Heat the kitchen appliance to 450 degrees F. Lay down a bit of parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Making the batter: Whisk along the milk, paprika, garlic power, and onion powder. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and stir.

Making the flour: Whisk along a pinch every of salt and pepper, flour mix, and smoke-dried paprika.

Dipping the chicken: Set an oversized robust pan on medium-high heat. because the pan is heating, line up the chicken, the bowl of batter, and therefore the spiced flour. Pour the oil into the new pan.

Frying the chicken: once the oil has reached 375 degrees F, dip a bit of chicken within the batter. Shake off any excess liquid. Dip the chicken within the flour and coat it entirely. Place the chicken within the hot oil. Repeat with all the items of chicken.

Don't overcrowd the pan. you'll forever try this in 2 batches.

Flip the chicken items once the bottoms square measure nicely bronzed. once each side square measure bronzed, place the chicken items onto the ready baking sheet.
