potato roast: An Incredibly Easy Method That Works For All
SPICY POTATO ROAST
This is a simple version of potato roast. They actually make our Indian meal special. Serve hot with sambar Rice / Roti/curd rice. Tastes really spicy and yummy.
INGREDIENTS:
• 2- ONION CHOPPED
• 3 -POTATO( BOILED )
• 1/2 TEASPOON HING
• 1/2 TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER
• 1 TEASPOON CHILLI POWDER
• 2 GREEN CHILLI
• 1/2 TEASPOON MUSTARD SEEDS
• 1/2 TEASPOON URAD DAL
• SALT TO TASTE
• OIL AS REQUIRED
METHOD
• TAKE KADAI ADD OIL, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS ONCE IT SPLATTERS ADD URAD DAL, CURRY LEAVES, HING.
• ADD CHOPPED ONIONS, ONCE IT COMES TO GOLDEN COLOR ADD GREEN CHILLI.
• AFTER THE RAW SMELLS DISAPPEARS ADD POTATO AND COOK IT FOR 3-5 MINS
• ADD TURMERIC POWDER, CHILLI POWDER. THEN ADD SALT.
• OUR SOFT SPICY POTATO IS READY.
