Recipe fried rice rendang
Rendang is the best dish in the world according to most of its citizens. While fried rice, it can be said is our daily menu. What if both are combined? Well, guaranteed success to shake the tongue! More practical also to cook it.
Ingredients
- White rice - 600 grams
- Meat rendang, diced - 2 pieces
- Egg, cooked scrambled - 2 eggs
- Spice rendang - 10 tbsp
- Garlic, finely chopped - 3 cloves
- Onion, finely chopped - 3 eggs
- Onion, diced small - 1/2 grains
- Leaves onion, roughly sliced - 2 sticks
- Sweet soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil, for sauteing - to taste
How to make
Heat some oil. Saute garlic, red, and bombay until fragrant.
Enter the rendang seasoning. Stir well.
Add rice, scrambled eggs, and chunks of rendang. Stir well.
Add sweet soy sauce and pepper powder. Stir well.
Add the onion slices. Stir back and lift.
Ready to be served.
