Taste with me #9 - Old and Famous Restaurant Chef Rasa Sayang @Crystal Crown Hotel | 老字号阿顺哥鲍鱼餐厅@Crystal Crown Hotel

Over the last weekend, my father wanted to bring us out for a dinner and there is one of his favorite restaurant we have not been to in a long time, and he missed their steamed fish and preserved eggs. Restaurant Chef Rasa Sayang is an old and famous restaurant in Malaysia. They used to have a few branches in Malaysia, but now they left only one, which located in Crystal Crown Hotel, Petaling Jaya. This restaurant are very famous for serving high quality foods like abalone, bird nest and etc.

上星期周末，爸爸心血来潮说要带我们去吃饭，他说很久都没去他最爱的餐厅了，想念他们的蒸鱼和皮蛋。阿顺哥鲍鱼餐厅是马来西亚一家很有名的老字号。从小爸爸就喜欢带我们到这里吃饭。以前他们有很多间分行，现在只剩下在PJ Crystal Crown Hotel这一间而已。他们专门提供高品质的食材如鲍鱼，燕窝等等。

Once you sat down, the servers will serve you preserved eggs and peanuts. These tidbits usually served in the traditional Chinese restaurants. Their preserved eggs are so tasty, very different from anywhere we've eaten before especially when you eat with the ginger. We ordered 3 plates of the preserved eggs as my family love it so much! 😍

当我们一坐下，服务员就会把皮蛋和花生放在桌上。这些小菜通常只在传统式的华人餐厅才有。他们的皮蛋非常的美味，跟我们平常吃的不一样，尤其是与姜片一同吃。我们叫了3盘皮蛋因为我的家人太喜欢了！😍

They may not offer a lot of choices in their menu as they keep their foods quality to the best. Their servers are very friendly and well-trained.

他们的菜单虽然没有很多的选择，因为他们要保持最佳的食材品质。他们的服务员都很友善和专业。

The restaurant ambience is very authentic Chinese, with it's chinese music, it feels really like we're in China.

餐厅里的环境很有华人风格，配着中国风的音乐用餐，真的很像在中国一样。

They have the best steamed fish with their specialty made soy sauce , it taste perfectly even only with white rice. They offer high quality fish choices like Giant Grouper, Marble Goby, Cod Fish and etc. We ordered the Giant Grouper, it has very thick juicy skin, and it is famous for eating its high nutrients omega-3 skin and the meat is so fresh as well. It is one of the 'seafood jewel'.

他们的蒸鱼采用特制的酱油，味道特别好！配着白饭吃真是太完美了！他们有高品质的鱼类如龙趸，顺壳，鳕鱼等。我们点了龙趸，它的皮厚厚的，营养丰富而且鱼肉很鲜甜，是海鲜中的名品之一。

Besides that, their whitebait fish fried rice is also very yummy.

此外，他们的银鱼仔炒饭也是一级棒的。

Other than that, we also ordered these classic dishes.

除了那些，我们也点了这些经典的菜色。

For the dessert, we ordered the mango sago and traditional lotus seed pancake. Both are very yummy and I personally love the lotus seed pancake so much! It's crunchy outside, and it's lotus so smooth and soft inside.

来到甜品啦！我们点了芒果西米露和传统莲蓉窝饼。两个都很好吃，我个人特别喜欢莲蓉窝饼，甜甜脆脆的！
